Development of the CRM System for LTD "Safnyr DK"

In this thesis project a system of customer relationship management for the company OOO “Safner DK” is developing. In the "Analysis of business requirements of the customer" section describes the clarification of high level requirements for the system being developed. In the "Description and analysis of business processes of the Safner DK" section there is a study of the results of gathering information about the main aspects of the company-customer. In the section «Description and analysis of business processes, OOO Safner DC"" the study of the processes of the company, given their graphs and description. In the "Selection of automation means" section it is explained why a CRM system has been selected for achieving developer goals. In the "Comparative analysis of existing CRM systems" section the software rivals are described with pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. In the section "Comparative analysis of existing CRM systems comparison software competitors, describes their strengths and weaknesses. The "Choice of programming language and system architecture" shows a comparison of several programming languages on various criteria that justified the choice of PHP as development tools, as well as a description of the selected system architecture. The "CRM system development" section provides a description of the program modules, and examples of designed screen forms. In the "Testing the developed system on the achievement of objectives section there is a method of evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the conclusion according to the results of the calculation of indicators.
