This paper is dedicated to making fuzzy decision based on 'IF-THEN' rules using 2D F-geometry objects. In this research, we describe methods for specifying fuzzy rules, algorithm of generation a rule base, fuzzification process by using F-geometry objects. Besides, we present theoretical basis of fuzzy logic and structure of fuzzy decision-making system. The aim of the work is to develop a program for making fuzzy decision based on 'IF-THEN' rules using 2D F-geometry objects. The program algorithm includes calculation of implications, each of which is defined by fuzzy "IF-THEN" rule. A result of fuzzification and calculation of implications is presented by visualization of a rule base, a result of defuzzification is a decision (numerical interval). The efficiency of the developed program is analyzed by using different sets of input rules and estimating the quality of the output signal. The paper contains 51 pages, 3 chapters, 33 illustrations, 3 tables, 27 bibliography items, 4 appendices. Keywords: decision making, fuzzy rules, fuzzification, 2D F-geometry objects, defuzzification.
