Keywords: supply chain, integration, simulation modeling, quick response concept Rapid changes in the external environment of the company, caused by government regulation of the alcohol market, adversely affected the financial performance and operations of the company as a whole. Increased competition between is forcing the company to look for opportunities to minimize operating expenses, while maintaining a high level of service. As part of achieving this goal is considered the possibility of introducing the concept of rapid response between the parties of focus the company's supply chain. Due to the fact that the experiment on the real supply chain is very resource-intensive, determination of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions will be implemented with the aid of simulation tools. The aim of master's thesis is the analysis and assessment of the prospects for the introduction of a logistics concept QR on the example of company «Galakta» supply chain. In the thesis was the analysis of the enterprise activities with the aim of identifying bottlenecks of the existing supply chain. As one of the major drawbacks identified were the lack of proper level of integration between the counterparties of SC. For the successful implementation of QR concept the literature analysis was conducted in which basic components of the IT infrastructure and tools necessary for the implementation were defined. With this information simulation models were built, based on which was shown the expected benefits of the introduction of the QR concept for "Galakta" company. 5.
