The Economic Approach to the Formation of Married Couples

The Bachelor’s Thesis contains 51 pages, 5 tables, and 14 drawings; consists of an introduction, five chapters, conclusion, bibliography (36 sources, including 10 English sources). The objects of research are the marriage and the economic approach to the formation of married couples. The aim of this work is to study the economic approach to marriage. Achieving this goal involves the formulation and solution of the following tasks: 1. Consider the definition of the economic approach and its main features 2. Consider the basic methods and models used in the economic approach 3. To consider the family budget, and the amount of the actual structure of the Family Income and Expenditure 4. To analyze the economic content of social protection of motherhood and childhood. 5. Perform econometric study of statistical data on the ratio of marriages and divorces in the Russian Federation regions, to identify the main statistical indicators of the data to analyze. 6. Identify the main impact of material factors on the ratio of marriages and divorces. 7. Analyze the results obtained in terms of the economic approach This study identified the following factors affecting the degree of satisfaction with marriage: the stage of the family life cycle, gender, motives for marriage, the distribution of household stress, socio-demographic characteristics of the family (the presence of children, welfare), influence and value orientations of the spouses, job satisfaction, the possibility of self-realization and self-actualization, the disclosure of its creative potential.
