Evaluation of a Company Investor Appeal

Evaluation of investment attractiveness of the company is the main indicator of the success of the future of the company, but there is no universal method for evaluation. Based on a variety of processes, it is necessary to analyze the approaches to assessment to determine the most appropriate for specific sectors of the economy. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to examine the features of the company's investment assessment methods. To carry out this study used the method of discounted cash flows and the calculation of other economic indicators. Preliminary results of the study may show that the financial outlook is the strongest motivation for a positive decision of the investor. In conclusion, it should be noted that an attempt was made in this study to compile information on existing approaches to evaluation of investment attractiveness of enterprises in various sectors of the economy.
