Reengineering and Digital Transformation of the Enterprise in Terms of Product Lifecycle Management

The aim of this thesis is the description of the digital transformation of the enterprise with the help of reengineering of its activities. To achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: • The existing concepts and initiatives in the field of digital transformation were studied and analyzed ; • A review of the basic concepts and principles of the enterprise reengineering was made; • The research of existing methodologies for the company reengineering was carried out; • The best methodology was chosen and adapted for digital transformation; • The approach to conducting digital transformation using the selected methodology was developed; • The reengineering of the industrial enterprise was carried out and a clear action plan for the implementation of the digital transformation on the basis of the developed approach was formed.
