Analysis of Problems and Improvement the Marketing Strategy of Online Store

Problem analysis of the online store marketing strategy refers to traditional studies in marketing. The relevance of this issue in the sphere of e-commerce is supported by the continuous growth of the online stores amount. This study examines the effectiveness of the marketing strategy of “vAlmaze.ru”, located in Nizhny Novgorod. Qualitative methods include, firstly, the observation of the corporate site www.valmaze.ru, secondly, the review of company documents and, finally, the interview with the CEO of the organization. As a result of in-depth analysis, the list of recommendations on marketing development for this firm was provided.
