annotation Diploma devoted to the drafting of a dwelling house with embedded automation and management of heating technologies, optimization of technological processes, including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, security, reliability of electric power systems and monitoring their parameters, as well as building service, including communication, maintenance and control. This development was made possible by the use of KNX bus, through which connected the main heat-generating device. On also allows you to move from dependent to independent heating circuits, which gives substantial savings due to the heat medium temperature regulation with respect to the ambient temperature and reduce heat at night, and during the absence of the tenants in the amount of up to 30%.
