Forecasting the Price of Residential Real Estate Market in Nizhny Novgorod

Object of the analysis in article is primary and secondary market of residential real estate of Nizhny Novgorod, and also forecasting of the prices. Features of the market of residential real estate, his characteristic are noted, the dynamic analysis of such factors as dynamics of input of residential real estate of Nizhny Novgorod, quantity and volume of offers, the average cost of square meter in secondary and primary markets of residential real estate, the dollar rate, oil barrel cost, the income of the population, a demographic situation is carried out. Also trend forecasts of the prices in housing market of Nizhny Novgorod are presented, namely the analysis of time series of absolute prices of primary and secondary housing market, built a regression model to predict the market development. It is noted that the cost of real estate represents difficult function which depends on a set of variables, both external, and internal.
