Development of Prevention Program of the Resistance to Organizational Changes in «MTS» Company

The research work is devoted to the topic of prevention of resistance to organizational change and aimed at solving application problems. The aim of the study is to provide the resistance prevention program to functional and structural change in the HR-departments of the company "MTS" macro-region " Povolzh'e". The results have practical significance for the HR-specialists of the company, as they will help to plan for effective preventive measures for the preparing of personnel to the future changes. For the diagnosis of resistance to the planned changes in the survey method used in the form of a questionnaire. According to the survey identified important aspects: the focus of the planned changes, the overall intensity of resistance, awareness about changes, the reasons for the resistance to each of the levels and methods of its overcoming. On this basis was developed a list of preventive measures for reducing the resistance of employees to future changes.
