The existing works in the field of estimation of cost of real estate with use of neural networks have been in addition considered. Chapter 2 contains the description of design stages of a neural network and research of subject domain with use of a method of neural modeling. At design of a neural network the input and output parameters used for estimation of cost of inhabited real estate objects have been determined. For training of a neural network real data on real estate objects of the city of Perm have been collected and prepared for use. The designed neural network represents multilayered perceptron with one hidden layer having three hidden neurons. As a result of development of a neural network the formula allowing to carry out estimation of cost of real estate objects has been received. Chapter 3 is devoted to the description of development stages of the web application created for providing access to users to system of estimation of cost of real estate. This section contains the description of requirements to the developed information system and the description of the tools used for development of a web application. Also in this part of work the structure of the project of a web application and highlights of development of a web application with use of a framework of Bootstrap is described. Use of this framework means work with a markup language of HTML and stylesheets of CSS. The main functions of the application are developed with use of the Javascript programming language and jQuery library.
