This research project is focused on event logs used in Process Mining. The goal of the project is to develop a system to collect and formalize data to fit Process Mining requirements to input data. The methods used are domain analysis and prototyping. In the first part of the research, an analysis of Process Mining technology is conducted aimed to conclude the necessity of using formalized event logs as input data for the technology. Also given is a detailed analysis of Process Mining's common input data standards, their structure and features. The second part of the research is dedicated to creating an architecture of the system described above and implementing it on .NET platform. The system uses two main data sources: operating systems' event logs and logs extracted from relational databases. On the current stage of development, the system works only with Microsoft Products, accepting data from Windows event logs and MS SQL Server databases. The project contains 47 pages of main text, 4 appendices, 16 pictures and 2 tables. The project's references section contains 28 items.
