Unit Banking. Assessment and Development Prospects

The aim of the study is to assess and study the attractiveness of branchless banking in the Russian banking market. The scientific novelty of this work is to study the forms of branchless banking and justification appeal directly on the Russian banking services market. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the results can be used by investors to draw conclusions about the attractiveness of branchless banking in Russia. In order to analyze the influence of the nature besfilialnogo bank on its market value in the econometric model was constructed according to the market value of the bank on various balance sheet figures: intangible assets, the share capital, net loan debt, deposits of natural persons, as well as the company's operating costs. An analysis of the resulting model, it was concluded that the posed hypothesis was confirmed, as was revealed a positive relationship between innovative character rendered besfilialnym bank and its cost of services. More specifically, it is possible to note that the cost of branchless banking, according to the model, by 8-9 billion. Rubles higher than the traditional one. Further analysis was conducted of the investment attractiveness of the bank "Tinkoff" as a single, fully besfilialnye rendering services on the basis of evaluation of financial performance. Profit evaluation found that, beginning in 2013, we can note a slowdown in growth, and in 2014 the growth rate becomes negative, which, however, can be explained by excessive growth in previous periods, as well as the deteriorating economic situation in the country. Summarizing the analysis of profitability of assets and capital, it is necessary to note a certain tendency to decrease in the period under review, however, despite this fact, the analyzed indicators of the bank is still substantially greater than the average for the analyzed period.
