The Ways of Improving Logistic Support of Sales Channels Integration

Key words: sales channels, omni-channel concept, anticipatory shipping, Big Data, software Distributed Order Management (DOM), process of customer order execution, process of return, issuing point In this study is shown, how logistic activity can support sales channels integration. The main purpose of this study is to elaborate methods to improve logistic support for sales channels integration. Specifically, in this study distinctive features of omni-channel concept, different ways of development to omni-channel and examples of problems, which can appear during realization of omni-channel concept, were considered. Using the example of Russian company, measurement of improving logistic support for sales channels integration. New ways of return from customer due to changes in format and design of issuing points and using the network of postmail. Moreover for one city the distribution network was optimized. Also it is offered to implement software Distributed Order Management (DOM). Total results were presented in the DuPont system of analysis, where changing of the main economic indicators after realization of offered measures system is shown. Length of master’s thesis: pages – 104, pictures - 29, tables - 26, list of literary sources - 47, appendix – 11 on 15 pages.
