The Dynamics of Salary in the Primary Labor Market

In the contemporary world, young people are one of the most vulnerable workers in the labor market: on the one hand, they have fewer opportunities due to lack of experience and practical skills (especially in primary employment); on the other hand, they are more mobile and able to respond flexibly to changing market conditions. Salary is the most important assessment of graduate positions in the labor market.The primary aim of this study is to estimate the value of of salaries in the primary labor market with changing factors affecting it. In this regard, the objectives of the paper are: - to pay attention on theories explaining wage formation, - to indicate factors affecting on its value, - to show, in practice, this effect using an independent statistical study.According to the study, conclusions have been made about how and to what extent the combined factors influence our dependent variable.
