The purpose of this study is to assess the willingness of teenage camp counselors to do their work after online training and to develop methods for its implementation on the level of classical approach. The main objectives are: identification of requirements for the teaching staff; the analysis of differences in the level of competence of counselors in the passage of classic and online training; development of recommendations for organizers of camps with the aim of improving the training quality of counselors. The case study method is chosen in the framework of the overall strategy of the study. There are used such methods of data collection and analysis as participant observation, questionnaires, content analysis, comparative analysis and the method of "decision tree". The study focuses on the adolescent educational camp "The Path of the Entrepreneur" in Togliatti. In the result of this work were formulated the requirements for the conduct of educational camps; developed an approach to assessing the readiness of the team members to carry out their tasks; developed approach evaluation of management decisions for improving the quality of counselors services and were compiled the list of competencies with the least amenable to development in a remote format. Set of nine actions were formulated based on these results. This recommendation should increase the willingness of counselors to perform tasks while maintaining the economic attractiveness of this model of training.
