Analysis of Social Enterpreneurship in Russian Federation and Business Plan of Senior House

Traditional forms of leading business are breaking down as society requires more innovative, sustainable and cost-effective methods to deliver the value to social sector. One attempt to meet the oncoming request of the market is undertaken by social entrepreneurs that press towards combining social mission with for-profit business models. This paper is designed to assist social entrepreneurs in building profitable ventures and prepare them for problems that might appear. Exploiting different methods of analytical analysis we will examine current stage of social entrepreneurship development in Russia. This analysis will allow to recognize social organization’s limits and manage them intelligently as entrepreneurs design their ventures. After that we will build business model of social ventures to serve the needs of older people and create it's business plan. The present paper includes such chapters as introduction, analysis of social entrepreneurship in Russia and business-plan of senior house.
