Nowadays the government policy in the system of public procurement gives a lot of attention to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to provide the economic growth, to develop the business sector, to increase the level of competitiveness the government support small and medium-sized enterprises in purchasing goods and services. The main goal of this graduate work is to research the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises’ support. And also to analyze the support of small and medium-sized enterprises in governmental and corporate sector.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
