The Role of Personnel Marketing in Defining the Sources of Recruitment

Personnel marketing is currently working for the spread of workforce according to their classification and market segments. The aim of this activity is to form future trends and tendencies for each market category. The marketing of workforce is playing a significant role in some specific industries where the probability of risks is very high. The lack of motivation in potentially dangerous industry or work place can clarify the specialist who are not fully ready to take risks – and it is seems as a wrong choice of the career path. In order to understand the new trends in the labor market must be a theoretical basis and content of how these markets operate. The role of the people marketing is to be important in choosing recruitment sources in determining their effectiveness and economic value for the HR department. For a more detailed study there was a research carried out on the basis of the project for mass recruitment to the production position, in order to study the influence of factors on the sources and their overall effectiveness. Several methods of research were used such as analysis of statistical data on the selection of the project, calculation of key performance indicators for the selection stage and the process as a whole, as well as a survey of employees manufacture and executives who have started to work with new colleagues to evaluate their activities and general adaptation the company and the workplace. Based on the analysis results of the study the conclusions and recommendations were provided about management of mass and spot recruitment projects with an optimal set of sources to cover the staffing requirements, which have a marketing approach to employees and applicants.
