Service Company Marketing Strategy Development: Case Study of Central Bike Messenger Service

The aim of the project is to provide practical solutions for the development of marketing strategy for "Central Bike Delivery Service". The paper resolved following tasks: to study the methodological base of marketing theory dedicated to the collection and analysis of data on the market and the possibilities of the subject, as well as the most relevant tools to introduce promotional tools appropriate for the subject's resources and philosophy. Based on data collected in the course of the research the appropriate marketing strategy that distinguishes the strengths and benefits of the proposed consumer brand was developed.
