Marketing Research on Bioactive Milk Proteins Production and Usage

The relevance of the topic of research is due to the difficult situation of enterprises for the production of milk and an increase in demand for the product in connection with the reduction of import of dairy products of foreign suppliers to the Russian market. In recent years, demand for dairy products has increased substantially and revealed the need for biologically active proteins of milk in the production of final dairy products. The purpose of the study is to analyze the characteristics and prospects of marketing research in the field of production and use of bioactive milk proteins for medicinal purposes. As part of the analysis of the essence of marketing research of production and use of bioactive milk proteins revealed that these investigations are carried out is very limited and truncated in open sources of information is almost no data on this subject, that justifies the need for expanding the range of market research, as well as tools to promote the bank donor breast milk. In the process of the study it can be concluded that the development of the pharmaceutical market in Russia dictates its participants the necessity of mastering different tools to promote their products and services. Strict regulation and the lack of competition that still remember some preserved from the Soviet times, pharmaceutical companies, is rapidly fading.
