Immaterial Resources of a Region as a Factor of Its Investment Attraction (on the Example of Kaluga Region)

Nowadays the issue of increasing the investment attractiveness of Russia in the international arena is most acute, examining the issue through the lens of the territorial scale it comes out that the most relevant area of development and support from the state on the federal political level is the development of investment attractiveness of regions. This paper deals with the possibility of increasing the investment attractiveness of the region due to the market launch of a new regional brand of the product. In view of the occurred interest of the Kaluga city regional administration - the paper has acquired certain specifics in the form of a study of the market of dairy products and preferences of its customers.
