Business Architecture Development for Online Shopping Enterprise

The final qualifying work on the topic «Business Architecture Development for Online Shopping Enterprise» is executed in accordance with the academic plan of Economics, Management and Business Informatics faculty of Perm branch of Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. The first chapter contents the analysis of existing approaches to enterprise architecture development, business-architecture development and business planning standards. In the second chapter the business architecture for the enterprise that will develop, promote and support the online shopping platform for hand made products, is submitted, including the business idea description, enterprise business model, organizational plan, technological plan, operational plan, marketing plan, financial plan, enterprise performance indicators assessment and risk assessment.
