ANNOTATION This study is devoted to development of recommendations for optimizing intracity delivery routes for small consignments of goods delivery on the example of company group «Laktika» in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. Object of study – trucking routes of company group «Laktika». Aim of study – development of methodological approach, which optimizes trucking routes of company group «Laktika» in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. To achieve the aim of study some tasks to be done: 1. Existing trucking routes analysis 2. Methodic improvement for the trucking routes 3. Development of recommendations for optimizing intracity delivery routes Relevance – nowadays there are no algorithms and planning methods to represent specifics of intracity delivery routes. This study consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of sources and addendum. First chapter is devoted to possibility and state of intracity delivery routes analysis The second chapter relates to the intracity delivery routes for small consignments of goods delivery analysis of company group «Laktika» in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. Last chapter is devoted development of recommendations for optimizing intracity delivery routes. The practical significance of this study lies in the possibility to improve intracity delivery routes for small consignments of goods delivery in company group «Laktika» in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region.
