Year of Graduation: 2016

Visual perception is the most efficient way to understand and assimilate information. The main purpose of this work is to develop an application for visualization of assembly and work of internal combustion engine for educational purposes. The approach to development takes into account the real processes occurring in internal combustion engines such as mechanics of details in engine blocks and the movement of air-fuel mixture during engine work. As a result, the solution should provide interactivity during the animation, which is not available in the closest analogues – gif animations and video clips. Besides, this program should have an opportunity to create user’s path for camera to explore the processes in engines from a variety of perspectives.
