The Development of Tools to Support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises on the Basis of The Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Dagestan till 2025
This master's thesis is devoted to the search for effective institutions for development of small and medium-sized business take into account the socio-cultural identity of the Republic of Dagestan. To achieve this goal the following tasks were set: a) identify the international experience of regulation and financing of small and medium-sized business; b) analyze the activities of small and medium business in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District; c) estimate the amount of funding and support measures for small and medium-sized business in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District; d) develop institutional arrangements for the development of innovative segment of small and medium-sized business; e) develop measures to increase the availability of financial resources for small and medium-sized business. On the basis of the study, the author has developed recommendations for the formation of new directions of support of small and medium business in the Republic of Dagestan for practical use. Aimed at accelerating the release of subjects of products for small and medium business in the inter-regional and international markets. Information support and improvement of the social significance of small and medium business in the Republic of Dagestan. One of the solutions suggested by the author - is the creation of "Venture Fund of the Republic of Dagestan". Its main specificity - investing in the real economy, that is, in the traditional areas of business - manufacturing, trade, service. The Fund will give an impetus to exit the business to a new, more serious level, which would be impossible without external support, providing not only a monetary investment, but also very importantly, strong mentoring support. Interact with creating "Support Centre of the Republic of Dagestan of exports", helping local manufacturers to create competitive products and enter the international market with him.
