Constitutional Grounds of Corporate Social Responsibility

This Paper is focused on features of corporate social responsibility through the prism of constitutional bases of economic activity.

The author considers the concept, principles and main forms of corporate social responsibility. The Paper investigates the questions of legal regulation of corporate social responsibility in Russia and abroad and the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in development of the considered institute. The special attention is paid to the analysis of constitutional provisions which can be indicated as the base of the concept of corporate social responsibility. The prospects of development of corporate social responsibility are also appraised.

In conclusion of the research the author designates the role of corporate social responsibility in social and economic aspects of life of modern society and need of further development of legal regulation of corporate social responsibility.
