An introduction to the visual study of the important aspects of the animation design is briefly discussed. Understanding how plastic, facial expressions and color quality in the development of the character is a prerequisite for assessment of animation works. Without a full-fledged character of the animation is impossible to create a successful animated film. The introduction explains the logical sequence of visual studies and the choice of its structural form. Various examples presented in a visual study, have some common characteristics that allow them to make a list of a very well-designed projects, the analysis of which will help to better understand the process of animation in general. Familiarity with the production process allows large studio competently organize their own way of creating animation.
