Precarisation of Labor as a Factor of Transformation of Time Perspectives of the Youth

The master thesis presents an analysis of the degree of precarisation and changes in practices of the employment of young people in the context of the impact of these changes on the temporal perspectives of the individual. As an empirical basis are the results of a questionnaire online survey of Russian-speaking young professionals who have had any paid work in the past year on the territory of the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation (n = 100). The survey involved young specialists between the ages of 18 and 35 from a variety of professional fields.

The paper presents an original method of estimating the level of involvement in the practice of precarized labor. To assess the temporal perspectives was used an adaptation of the questionnaire Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI) implemented and tested by A. Syrtsova and O. Mitina.
