Formation of the Institute of Standardization of Government Procurement in the Russian Federation

The formation of standardization of government procurement in the Russian Federation is a relevant topic concerning not only public procurement but also the economy as a whole. The goal of the framework is to find out whether standardization is formed and if it is formed whether it is effective. The work reveals the results of standardization of the government procurement system, analyses the formation of this Institute in Russia, conducts evaluation of the current situation in the sphere of regulation and defines the problems of standardization with further proposals for their solution.
