Currently, one of the main objectives of the company, is not only the expansion of zones of influence in the market of goods and services, but also the retention of the existing results.Despite the fact that we live in an age of rapidly developing technology, the key to success - it is the human resource. The favorable working climate, common desire and commitment to the attainment of the objectives of the company, staff skills - all this can be called a competitive advantage. This suggests that modern management was faced with the problem of actualization motivation organization.
