The Development of Monitoring Subsystem of the Enterprise Content Management System CompanyMedia 4.x

This paper focuses on the development of a monitoring subsystem of the enterprise content management system CompanyMedia 4.x. The adaptation of the structure of the monitoring subsystem is presented along with 15 test cases based on the most common errors in the operation of the management system; an algorithm that utilizes these cases in order to generate reports has been implemented. Currently the “АО ИнтерТраст” ("InterTrust") company utilizes the monitoring subsystem for the prevention of possible errors and for the detection and further analysis of errors in present. Along with the above the complete description of the monitoring subsystem is provided as well as the manual for its usage and possible for further improvement of this monitoring subsystem.
