The main goal of the work is done that would instill in people a love for sports. 1. The objectives assigned in work. Tell people about the history of the trainers and show most unusual for today interiors of fitness centers. 2. The results. Fitness clubs should not only serve as a place for exercise, but also aesthetically pleasing. 3. The recommendations proposed on the basis of this work. Love for the sport and a healthy diet should be taught from an early age. Then people will not be lazy to go for a run or do at least some exercise, so for them it will be in the order of things.
