Design of a Model of Evaluating the Document Management System Efficiency Large Company

Document management systems are main objects of the research. The aim of this work is to study the concept of "document management system" and to develop its effectiveness criteria. In the process, different types of Russian organizations document management systems have been studied. Also have been studied the characteristics of the business processes in the companies, and their modeling with the help of CASE-tools. With the use of these funds were designed context and decomposition diagrams of business functions. It was found that the efficiency of document management systems can be evaluated both from the point of view of rapidity of task execution, and from the point of view of saving costs of maintaining its operation at an acceptable for the management of the organization level. The results will be useful for evaluating the effectiveness of document management systems as on the stage of design, so on the stage of development or its implementation into the working process of the company.
