Interview as a Negotiation Process: Instruments and Tactics of Leading

The success of the organization depends on the personnel and candidates interested in employment. These facts caused the emergence of different literature on recruitment. However, this phenomenon has a negative side. Nowadays most job seekers are well versed in the methods of interviewing, so almost every one of them can play the role of the ideal candidate during the interview. Such skills of candidates make the job of recruiters more difficult. In this way methods of the interview, which allows to make the most complete portrait of personal and professional competences of the job seeker, are very important for recruiters. The present paper includes a proposed study that will seek to explore a general model of interviewing. Undoubtedly, the model is not universal and need to be amended for interview for each vacancy. The study describes interview as the negotiation process, so the model is based on the optimal strategies, tactics, methods and tools for conducting interviews.
