Electronic Resources Repository Development for the Department of Information Technologies in Business of HSE-Perm

In this work the description of design of the web application "A repository of electronic resources" allowing to carry out local storage and search of electronic resources at department of information technologies in business and also the description of development of a prototype of this system is submitted. The designed system covers all shortcomings of the existing decisions, namely, the database storing all data on resources is located locally that doesn't depend on need of access to a broadband network, besides, possesses productive intellectual search, and also is completely Russified what follows from, as metadata of resources are also available to understanding to any user. Methods of object-oriented programming and design, and also language of graphical representation of models – UML for formalization of results of the analysis of activity of department and requirements are used.
