Student: Ivanova Anna

Supervisor: Natalia Ivanova

Faculty: Faculty of Social Sciences

Educational Programme: Public Administration (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 7

Year of Graduation: 2016

The idea of replicating the experience from private organizations by state organizations is developing more and more every day. This trend also applies to the recruitment and selection processes of the organization. However, in my work, I would like to prove the fact that "blind" copying of private organizations' experience can lead to inefficiency of selection. That is why in my work comparing the methods and criteria of recruitment for private and public organizations will be performed. The result of this comparison will show us whether the methods used in state bodies, differ from the methods of private organizations. And also, why there are currently inefficiencies in personnel services of government agencies?
