Features and Comparative Description of the Methods of Financial Support of Capital Investments into the State Property of the Russian Federation

In this final qualifying work it was considered such a concept as "capital investments in objects of state property", and also the comparative characteristics of main methods of their financing. Capital investments are one of the largest parts of the budget investments. Capital investments play a huge role in the process of reproduction of fixed assets. The state implements investment policy associated with capital investments through certain tools, which constitute the basic methods and ways of financial support of capital investments into state property. It should be noted that the directions of investment policy of the state have great importance for the national economy. Along with the improvement of tax and credit system direct capital investments and state subsidies provide the opportunity for more in-depth control over the structure and volume of capital accumulation in the country. Thus, in order to achieve effective functioning and optimization of the system of investment and capital investments in objects of state ownership it is necessary to analyze the sources and ways of implementing these tools, i.e. methods of financial security of capital investments. This caused the relevance of the written work. The main objective of this work is the description and analysis of the characteristics of methods of financial support of capital investments in objects of state ownership. The work consists of 4 main parts: the introduction, 3 sections the main part, conclusion and list of references.
