Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Construction Sector in Moscow

Summary Subject of my thesis" Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Construction Sector in Moscow" The defining purpose of the degree project is: to investigate process of providing and assistance of system development of small and average business (further SMP) in the sphere of construction in the city of Moscow. Object of studying in the degree project are governing bodies and the authorities, subjects of managing – the small firms, small enterprises which are formally not entering associations in the sphere of construction. The relations between objects arising at implementation of measures of regulation and ensuring development during economic activity became a subject of the thesis. In chapter 1 of work emergence of measures of regulation from the state is considered and formation of uniform system of assistance to small firms and small enterprises, the characteristic is given, features and the place of such subjects in economy of the country are defined. In chapter 2 research of a certain list of measures for assistance in managing of the small enterprises and small firms which aren't entering formally associations in construction the city of Moscow is conducted. Problems which don't promote development of economic activity in the construction sphere of the capital on the example of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation are revealed. In a chapter 3 possible future directions of measures of development of support of such group to the enterprises in the construction sphere in the city of Moscow on the basis of foreign experience were considered. In conclusion conclusions and recommendations about development of support of SMP in the country are formulated by state bodies.
