We introduce a new software that can be used in Russian hospitals in the departments of liver surgery. Currently, there is a lack of software programs in Russian healthcare that allow automating inner processes. That is why our goal is to create a multipurpose system, which main functions are patients’ data aggregation, the analysis of the statistical relations between different variables, and the prediction of possible complications after surgical drain. This paper provides the architecture of the system and describes the steps of predictive model creation. During the construction, formal concept analysis (FCA) is applied.
