Recommendation Preparation for the IT Project Management Process Improvement in the Company "Auditor"

The object of this work is to research company "Auditor" IT project management business processes. The aim of this work was to prepare the plan for the project management optimization, which will be in line with the IT goals of the company. This work cover the PRINCE2 maturity model, project management standards and analytical hierarchy process as the method of the goals prioritization in line with IT goals. IT goals were built on the base of the company analysis and COBIT5 framework. The results of research will be applied at the company "Auditor" for the management process efficiency increase.
