The author of this research uses the comprehensive approach to the study of the influence of various factors on the formation of political inclusion in order to determine what factors have the greater influence on political inclusion. The key findings show that two levels of political engagement of Russian people are dominated in modern Russia. This separation is due to the frequency of participation in political processes and interest of citizens in the policy.

The impact of different factors arises from the existence of two different models of the influence factors on political engagement.
