Crowdfunding Online Platforms: Motivations and Determinants for Financing Projects

Currently, there are many traditional ways of sponsoring and financing business projects, but for small business development which requires more easy financing procedures crowdfunding canbe an innovative way to request funding from online large audience.  This work was considered a phenomenon of crowdfunding - It was seen as an atypical form of market and investment behavior of the participants - like risking and based on trust, in which there are both acts of altruism or reciprocity and equivalent exchange relations. It was tasked to demonstrate a combination of different motifs - from the altruistic to selfish - actions of the participants attending the data, and Internet platforms financing projects, and thus, to clarify the actions themselves. Supposed Participants of action motives are not clear due to the novelty of the phenomenon and the lack of a formal and informal regulatory framework conducive to reduce risk and opportunism.
