Development of the Logistic Service on the Example of Trading Cosmetic Company "Chanel"

This paper deals with the basic theoretical aspects of improving logistic service and performance measures, as well as on the example of the Russian subsidiary of the transnational cosmetic company clearly demonstrate how it is possible to achieve improvement of quality of logistic customer service. A comprehensive system of measures aimed at improving logistic service was proposed on the example of the Russian subsidiary of trading company, which specializes in sales of perfumes and cosmetics. As events can be identified optimization of product assembly process, changes in the approach to inventory management based on ABC-XYZ method, the modified scheme of placing the goods in the storage space, the implementation of electronic data interchange. The results of this work are reflected in the model of strategic profit.
