This thesis project is dedicated to the development of software to enable to explore the characteristics achievable multiprocessor systems related to ensuring the coherence of the cache. In the process of working with the established system provides the possibility to use MSI algorithms, MOSI, MESI, MOESI (MESIF), depending on their features and settings and indicators for effective problem solving for a particular algorithm. Theme of the project is very relevant in our time, as the development of such software products not only opens up the possibility of new forms of organization of educational material development, but also encourages current students to independently develop similar software. The following topics in accordance with the technical specifications in the graduate design: 1. A review and analysis of the current state and the main trends of development of microprocessor systems and technologies of memory organization; 2. investigated existing algorithms to achieve coherence; 3. Select the software implementation of the task and the environment of its implementation; 4. The structure and user-friendly interface for the study of the coherence of cache memory multiprocessor systems. As a result, graduate design developed a simple and useful software with an intuitive interface and a set of simple functions that can be used in the educational process within the framework of the discipline "Computer systems".
