From the development of the Internet, a large number of different communication tools have been created, which gives people an opportunity to work in a distributed mode. With the help of the technological progress, utilities for special tasks and special communication types have appeared.

Among others, there is a necessity to virtualize scientific and research seminars that take place in different organizations, including think tanks. Unfortunately, the use of the majority of existing communication tools in this case brings several drawbacks.

The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to develop a program that helps to support the organization of seminars and discussions within them in the virtual mode with the messages’ causal relationship maintenance and ergonomic navigation tool to reduce time spent.

The work suggests the communication model within seminars and discussions, and its implementation in the form of a web-application.

The paper contains 39 pages, 3 chapters, 24 illustrations, 1 table, 61 bibliography items, 4 appendices.
