Applying the Psychoanalytic Concept of Countertransfer in the Practice of Psychoanalytic Coaching

Master's dissertation on the theme: «Applying the psychoanalytic concept of countertransference in the practice of the psychoanalytic coaching» has been performed. «This research covers a wide range of psychoanalytic concepts dealing with the phenomenon of countertransference and its practical application to individual business counseling. The relevance of this research determined by the relatively small number of researches in this stage and has practical significance due to the growing Russian market of Coaching. The study provides detailed overview of the basic concepts of countertransference from the perspective of different authors; the review of the theory of objects relations, as well as the effect of projective identification on its formation. In addition, the problem of internal conflicts faced by Coach / Analyst in practice has being emphasized and their impact on countertransference. In the final part of the work the practical study of Couch countertransference reactions in individual counseling has being presented. Countertransference shows the relationship with the internal conflicts in the client's business request.
