Master dissertation advisor Viktoria Darabovna Gerami, Doctor of Sciences, Professor, Department Head of Logistic Infrastructure Management. 4. Keywords: Logistics activities, Sales forecasting method, Lost Sales, Reverse logistics. Investigated problem – Fashion online shopping has problems associated with the methods used in sales forecasting, which have a common drawback, it uses incoming data based on sales data of previous periods that have nothing to do with forecasting future sales. Another serious problem for this business segment of online stores is the high proportion of return flow and as a result lost a large share of sales. The thesis proposed an improved structure of dynamic sales forecasting for retail areas Fashion, which can be used for e-commerce. Propose improved algorithm for the organization of return flows to reduce the proportion of returns, which leads to an increase inventory turnover and reduction of lost sales. 5. The length of the master's thesis: 120 – pages, 30 – pictures, 12 – tables, 40 – references, enclosure – 1 of 5 pages.
