Annotation 1. Name of the theme of master's thesis – “Improving intra-planning processes of the supply chain trading company» 2. Student: Azarova Margarita, MLG 141, Faculty of Business and Management, School of Logistics, National Research University – Higher School of University. 3. Supervisor: Maria Yermolina, Senior Lecturer, Department of Supply Chain Management HSE. 4. Keywords: planning, integration, integrated planning, cross-functional coordination, the efficiency of the company, forecasting, lost sales, sales forecasting. The flexibility of the supply chain is central to managing in today's dynamic external factors that surround ENTERPRISE. It is worth noting that quality planning depends on this flexibility. Through the correct use of the integrated planning in a rational ratio of costs in-house management efficiency is improved, instances of lost sales are gradually reduced and optimized inventory levels. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a series of measures to improve the in-house planning processes in order to increase the efficiency of the company, organizing in this case integrated planning of in-house activities in the field of sales and deliveries. In the thesis the steps and measures systematized and they can reduce errors, and reduce the complexity of in-house planning processes by implementing integrated planning to simplify the supply chain management and improve the efficiency of the trading activity of the company as a whole. 5.
