Supplier-Retailer Integration Improvement in order to Achieve Efficient Consumer Response

In the final qualifying paper clearly demonstrated the value of integration influence supplier and retail network for efficient consumer response. Recommended changes will improve the economic performance of the company through the cooperation of the supplier and the retailer. In this paper, set of measures will improve on shelf availability in the point of sale, supply chain flexibility, efficient replenishment process suiting customer sales. The result of applying proposal set of measures is reflected in the strategic profit model Dupont. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and improve the process of integration between the supplier and retailer in order to improvement on shelf availability. The outcomes of the study revealed that the proposed ECR measures for improvement of on shelf availability have a beneficial impact on key performance indicators and, as a result, the financial state of the company.
